I know there are times when I’ve said or done something as a parent to my children that I know my Dad passed on to me. We haven’t talked about it, but I’m guessing my two brothers would say the same thing.
We can certainly produce stuff that looks like all the other painters who are following the same instructions and keeping the pre-determined colors inside the lines – but in doing it this way, we are only painters and not artists.
Just like that, as quickly as it came together, it was over. Do not pass Go! Do not collect $200.
