You come home at the end of a long day and hang your keys on a hook in your mud room or kitchen, toss your backpack or purse on a chair in the kitchen, and let out a sigh of relief.
As you change out of your “work clothes” into something a little more casual, you grab the loose change that’s in your pocket and add it to the big jar of coins somewhere on your dresser. You don’t think much about the collection of pennies, nickels, dimes, and quarters (and the occasional 50-cent-piece), but what starts out as an empty jar or canister quickly fills up and requires a trip to the bank or “Coinstar” machine at your local grocery store.
It all adds up.
So do those touches each week to your clients, sphere, and database.
So do those Open Houses.
Don’t stop sending those emails, texts, hand-written notes.
Don’t stop making phone calls, leaving those comments on social media, and scheduling personal appointments.
Conversations are the coins of our business, and trust me, keep collecting them everyplace you can.
They all add up.
