There’s a lot of change in the air, isn’t there?
A new school year is upon us which means that stores are filled with “Back to School” supplies and over the next few weeks, your Facebook and Instagram feeds will be filled with proud parents posting images of their kids on the front porch to commemorate the start of a new year.
The college football season is less than 20 days away. The excitement of a new season is always thrilling, but add in the new 12-team college playoff format that will be introduced at the end of the season, and it’s just going to make watching (or attending) the games mean that much more.
The NFL will introduce new kickoff rules, designed for more excitement and hopefully, more safety for the players on the field.
Oh, and someone told me there might be a Presidential election this fall. Who else knew that? I haven’t heard anything about it recently.
Change Happens
There are a few more big changes happening in our real estate industry later this week with the implementation of some new rules that are the result of the NAR settlement agreement following multiple class-action lawsuits across America. I’m sure you’re aware of it.
Look, change happens. Change is good.
Seasons change.
The weather is going to change.
In the next twelve to twenty hours, you’re probably going to change your attire. In the next twelve to twenty minutes you’re probably going to change your mind.
We change channels all the time…seeking to find something more appealing to watch or listen to.
Maybe now is a good time to get your hands on the dial and be sure you’re listening to someone or something you trust.
Something that will educate. Something that will inspire. Something that will remind you that you’re good at what you do.
Let the change happen…and then don’t change what works;
Have more conversations.
Schedule more appointments.
Build relationships, solve problems, and have fun.
