It’s probably the fairest part of life.

Everyone is equal. It doesn’t matter whether someone is wealthy or penniless. You could be old or young. It doesn’t matter your race, religion, or sex. Where you live has no bearing on it.

The greatest minds and people throughout history have had the exact same as you do today. The leaders of tomorrow will have the exact same as you do today.

24 hours.

1440 minutes.

86,400 seconds.

Your time today will run out at 11:59:59pm tonight and the clock will start again.

The only way you can “make” time for something is to “take it away” from something else.

Be honest with yourself and look back over the last day or week. Were there any moments that come to mind where you could have been focused on something else? Could you be a little more purposeful with your schedule?

Perhaps a few of those minutes (or hours) used to scroll through Instagram or Tik Tok watching silly videos could be re-allocated to something that might get you closer to a closing?

That 30 minutes of hitting “snooze” could have been used to write a few hand-written notes?

Talking to a co-worker about last night’s cooking show could be used to research the new listings that just showed up in your MLS feed?

It just take a conscious decision.

That thing you want to accomplish is only going to happen if you are willing to stop doing the thing that isn’t going to help.

It’s gotta come from somewhere.
