One-third of the year is now complete but there is still so much opportunity left ahead of us all. The Spring market is in full swing across most of the country, warmer weather is coming, and it seems as if the market is starting to figure itself out.
I always tell people that the great thing about a career in real estate is it’s different every day. Then I immediately tell those same people that the bad thing about a career in real estate is it’s different every day.
~ We can’t control our clients.
~ We can’t control the other side in a transaction; The other customer or the co-op agent.
~ We can’t control the lender, underwriter, processor, appraiser, inspector, title company, or attorney.
~ We don’t control interest rates, weather, or “Acts of God.”
But we can control a few things…

Make a conscious effort this month…and every month after this one, to choose your attitude and focus on what you need to do each day. Then do just a little bit more.
