The next time you’re not feeling good, be thankful that Felix Hoffmann patented acetylsalicylic acid on this date in 1899. Better known as aspirin, this creation from Hoffmann while he worked at the Bayer Company in Germany is used to reduce pain, fever, and inflammation
In other words, aspirin is used to make people feel better.
So what happens if you add the letter “G” to aspirin?
You get “aspiring,” as in “desiring and working to achieve a particular goal: having aspirations to attain a specified profession, position, etc. an aspiring actor.”
Think of all the things you’re aspiring to do this week. This month. This year.
Just imagine how much better you will feel when you stay focused and get the important things done.
Direct your hopes and ambitions towards becoming better. Before you know it, by aspiring you’ll start inspiring.
Start by building relationships, solving problems, and having fun.
Take two…or all three…and call me in the morning.
