Ohio State vs. Michigan. Florida vs. Florida State. South Carolina vs Clemson. Mississippi vs. Mississippi State. Lots of regular seasons culminated with one final game.

You work hard all year.

You practice hard. You show up early and you stay late.

You pay attention to the details.

You know it’s the little things that can make a huge difference.

You listen to the wisdom, advice, and instructions from your coaches.

You lean on your teammates all year long and do everything in your control to make everyone around you better.

The hype builds and, as the end of the year grows near, the pressure mounts. You’ll do everything you can to finish strong.

You review the game plan over and over and over again.

Regardless of what has happened up to this point in the year, you know how you finish is all about “the brand.” It’s about your team. It’s about your legacy.

If you finish strong, you could have the opportunity to play for a championship. It could be your best year ever.

It could be a year people talk about for years to come.

It turns out that a great finish in real estate is a lot like “Rivalry Week” in college football.

If you’re a competitor, you’re still in the game.

Play until the final whistle.
