I was recently quoted in an article on Forbes Advisor. When asked about the current pulse of the market, I stated, “we have to set expectations for sellers who’ve watched their neighbors sell over the past two years,”

“Sellers want yesterday’s pricing and buyers want tomorrow’s pricing.”

Yesterday, Tomorrow, and Now

We can’t impact what happened yesterday and we don’t know what will happen tomorrow.

We can only control the “now.”

If we focus on what we do now, we have a great chance to impact what happens.

What we do (or don’t do) will dictate the results we get.

Me? I’m going to build relationships, solve problems, and have fun. Good luck with your decision. I can’t wait to see what you’re going to do.
